Testing yourself

"Testing oneself is best done alone."

If you do not make time to evaluate yourself you may end up spending weeks, months or years being false to yourself and those around you. You need to develop methods of measuring your internal intentions with actual results.

If you have a vision or a dream that you desire to for-fill and it only remains an internal picture then you need to ask yourself a few hard and serious questions. If you don't question yourself then you will not have the opportunity to answer yourself so that you may bring about the necessary changes. Here are a few questions that you may like to ask yourself.
  1. What needs to be done in-order to make sure that my character has the capacity to stand up to the size of vision that I have within me?
  2. Who can I passionately make my vision or dream alive to investors or dream builders?
  3. What can you do to draw out the contents of my dream and make it a reality?
Pro 20:4-6 AMP  The sluggard does not plow when winter sets in; therefore he begs in harvest and has nothing.  (5)  Counsel in the heart of man is like water in a deep well, but a man of understanding draws it out. [Prov. 18:4.]  (6)  Many a man proclaims his own loving-kindness and goodness, but a faithful man who can find?

Those who make time to inspect themselves with true scales are those who have the opportunity to make important decisions  that will enable them to be more fruitful than they have been up to know

Today this mans craft is on high demand even after more than 300 years have gone buy. This legends name is Antonio Stradivari – every expert knows that he violins are on the wanted list and they sell for extravagant prices

1% better in a 100 ways

1% better in 100 ways

"It is hard to be 100% better than your competition, but you can be 1% better in a 100 ways - Rick Melman
  • I will do more than belong, I will participate
  • I will do more than care, I will help
  • I will do more than believe, I will practice
  • I will do more than be fair, I will be kind
  • I will do more than forgive, I will forget
  • I will do more than dream, I will work
  • 1 will do more than teach, I will inspire
  • I will do more than earn, I will enrich
  • I will do more than give, I will serve
  • I will do more than live, I will grow
  • I will do more than suffer, I will triumph
Today matters; as you shape your today, you will be blessed with a richer tomorrow - your tomorrows are waiting for you to take hold of the today's and move the boundaries of the "I cannot" into "I have found a way forward."

Everybody is aiming at the 100% target, but if you add that extra percentage daily in a 100 different ways, as time goes by you would have move from success to significance (brilliance)

Making today matter

A mark of brilliance

Tomorrow is the only day in the year that appeals to the lazy, the doubtful, the double-minded or fearful personas a good time to do what needs to be done.”- Martin van der Merwe –

As a leader you need to gain momentum in order to go beyond the mainstream called average. You have it in you to prevail beyond producing what the masses produce, and as you stretch yourself in the direction of excellence you will end up leaving a mark of brilliance behind you.

"Successful people are successful because they form the habits of doing those things that failures don't like to do." ~ Albert Gray

Remember that your habits are on autopilot, so if you dislike your daily results then you need to reprogram your habits (reset the auto pilot)

Overcome befriending "yesterdays standards" and pursue a "brilliant tomorrow" be consistent. As a leader you know that average is not the way forward.
